create url line fm addy/username/pw

cannot find info on this anywhere so here goes, i have an http portal username and pw, mostof the apps i
try and just for a url and nowhere to put user name and pw, i can remember from before i had a long url
which incorparated username and pw in it, foes any one know the format of this, any help would be appreciated.

i think it is actually now you said it, remember i used to load it up to smartiptv, that had addy, username and pw in it didnt it, cheers

http:// providersdns/get.php?username=USERNAME&password=PASSWORD&type=m3u_plus&output=ts just change providers dns username in capitals and password in capitals to yours
