Creating a m3u file

Hi am running ipab on my zgemma I have the http m3u but am wanting to create a m3u file so I can run it through the sky boutique maker and able to help on how I make one or is there a link

I used this E2m3u2bouquet on my dads Zgemma H2S.
Once setup it can pull in the M3U & EPG from your provider and creates an IPTV bouquet.

My dad only wants it for sports so I use xtream editor to strip out everything but the sports.
