Windows Vista Creating A True Administrator Account For Vista

Click on Start and type cmd in the search bar, you will then see the cmd option at the top of the start menu.
Right click on the cmd option and select "run as administrator"
the cmd window will now open
Type (without quotation marks)
"net user administrator /active:yes"
Hit Enter and thats it
Log out and use your new administrator account

To disable do the exact same but type "no" instead of yes

To password protect your administrator account while creating it type your password after net user administrator, for example
net user administrator password /active:yes
