Hi,

I have a Zgemma H2S running WB7, it works perfectly and if any channels aren’t showing what programs are on any channels i just go to the download section of CrossEPG.

However, my parents have the exact same setup and after going into the download area, the channel listings don’t update. One thing I notice that is different between mine and my parents box is that when CrossEPG is downloading they get a black screen, whilst mine shows what is currently playing on the channel im watching.

We both run the SlyQ skin. Anyone have any ideas how to fix thus?

Do both boxes have two sat feeds ?
If not then the one with the single feed will have a blank screen as that tuner will be busy downloading the EPG info.
 
My box has 2 feeds, my parents has one. The second tuner is disabled to allow the EPG information to download without errors, this worked perfectly till recently.

The blank screen is accounted for then, but i have no idea why it isn’t showing the program information as it was, no settings have been changed. It runs through the download as it always did, just doesn’t actually populate the EPG?

Ok, I thought you were wondering why the difference, as you asked :- "Anyone have any ideas how to fix thus (sic)" ?

I would check where the EPG data is being saved to on your parents box, it should be to external mem, either a USB device or a hard drive. There just isn't enough internal mem available. If it once did work OK then obviously something MUST have changed.
