DHS setting with virgin superhub

My zgemma box does not work with the pay channels. I have tried box in friends house it is working fine. I believe issue is DHS with virgin superhub but don't know how to change the settings within the hub router to try this. CAn anyone advise.
 
super hub settings can be changed by typing the ip of the router into the web browser - 192.168.0.1 it usually is for virgin super hubs.
login details will be on the back of the router.
Try googles DNS settings to see if that makes a difference

Thanks. I have managed to login to the router issue for me is how to change the settings on virgin media router.
There is settings for dns but I don't know what to change these too.

Any guidance will be appreciated. Not sure what you mean by try google dns - do I download it or what?

Appologies, change the dns settings on your zgemma box.
menu > setup > system > network > Device Setup > Adaptor Setup > Blue to edit DNS settings

change the first dns to 8.8.8.8
change the second to 8.8.4.4
see if that does anything for you.

Have tried but no luck.
Have just ran network test on zegemma and comes up with error on ip addresss
any help offered will be appreciated

sounds like your box isn't getting internet.
Go to menu information network - see if your box has a ip address.

what error do you get when you run the network test?

No IP address on box. Have gone back to settings and still issue

Go to adapter settings and turn dhcp off and set yourself a static ip and see if that changes anything
