Difference between C line servers and IPTV

Hi guys, I am a bit of a noob when it comes to all of this and was looking for some help. What is the difference between C line/CCcam and IPTV? Which is better? I just want to be able to watch TV channels e.g. movies, sports etc live so which of these is best for that?

Sorry for the lack of knowledge or if i used the wrong terminology :(
 
clines or nlines are how you get all the sly channels unscrambled on a satbox, IPTV is like watching TV via the internet with access to which ever channels/packages your IPTV provider provides. You can run a line with a small amount of bandwidth as the picture and sound come from the sat dish but IPTV needs a good fast connection as picture and sound come via the internet

You will pay on average £30-£60 a year for a cline or nline to unlock the sly channels and I've seen IPTV range from £50 to £200 per year.
 
I have a sat dish and I have also got 200mb download/10mb upload internet. Ideally i would want to pay £100ish max a year. Which would you recommend for me?
 
if you are in a cable area you still get HD. Otherwise i would go for sat you also get more channels with sat
