Distortion on CBS Drama...

Recently set up a Zgemma H2H for my mum but one of the channels she likes to watch (CBS Drama), the picture distorts. It was like this at my house when I set it up and it's also like this at her house when I connected it all up today. All the other channels seem fine... any input? :/

Where would I find info relating to signals levels etc. on this box? ... i'm used to the S2 Sky so this H2.H Cable is new to me.

Area Is St Helens.

SNR 29% but I believe that's an issue with the image as everyone else says theirs is 29% too.

AGC is stuck at 10% too and BER 0

wow that low and on another working channel what is it?

Exactly the same but as said, that's an issue with the image because loads of people on here have exactly the same strength.
