DM500 No signal

Hi all problem with DM500 dis morning, DM is powered on green light showing but no signal to television tried unplugging to reboot but still no signal checked and changed scart cable but still the same,when i look in through vents on DMBOX i see three yellow lights two are on and one is flashing.
Any help with this would be highly appreciated.

was any channels working before?

sometimes the weather can affect the signal of the box, my sister was experiencing problems, working fine now
