Dora 8200 uploading photos

Running into an issue and needing advice as might have overlooked something.

I take photos of items to sell up on a few sites and now finding it gone very slow to upload my photos to Google account.

What takes me half a dozen photos to backup could take 1 hr where before it was minutes.

Phone and laptop rebooted and no difference as could not reboot virgin modem/router at that time.

Rebooted router and might have been the issue .

General question as with many photos on phone backed up on google .

If i delete some photos on mobile will they also be removed on Google??

I have deleted loads on Google as sold and assume both are independent and need to delete on BOTH IF NEEDED.??

Both are separate.
I just transfer photos to my laptop, then delete the ones on the phone.
