Easy Chicken Curry

Add half a pint of water to a large pyrex dish with a lid
Add three or four heaped dessertspoons of McDonnells Curry sauce and stir
Place chicken breasts and onion in the dish
Cover and place in oven
Stir occasionally
If you plan on going out for a while i would recommend using more water that way the curry can be left in the oven for hours
Serve with rice and/or chips

Hi Eva, just a suggestion, instead of water, mix in a 50/50 amount of water and coconut milk. This gives the curry an especially smooth flavor and texture.
