Well today is the day folks. England kick off their tournament with a game against Croatia which they could do with winning in style and bagging all points.
Hope Southgate doesn't faff about with cautious tactics and safety nonsense. Let's get up and at em and give em what for, BRAVO England!

Reports of a back four with Trippier at LB, even though he's got Chilwell and Shaw in the squad. And no doubt two CDM's and Grealish a sub. Can be difficult to watch England under Southgate.
 
Half time, stale mate no urgency. Maybe a change in the 2nd half can get England the win?

Decent performance. Had few chances for sure.

Kane looked off it today.

Phillips was brilliant. He made things happen and was their best player imo.

He should be starting games for sure.
 
Up next the big one, England v Scotland on Friday night. England should be able to get the victory in this and show the gulf in class between the english premier league and the scottish premier league.

Should be a win for England.

But don't under estimate Scotland. Not a foregone conclusion.

Am not underestimating them, they are garbage and will get stuffed if Gareth plays an attacking team.

The Czech's took them apart and England will destroy them come Friday night.

What's up with the £150millionn pound man Harry Kane? he's been missing in both games so far, is it lack of service or is he just burnt out?
Danial Levy will be watching with a wry smile on his face knowing no team will cough up the kind of dough he wants for Kane.
 
England are shite there’s no leadership communication each time you watch England you know it’s going to be a miserable performance or just scrape through.

We have supposedly got a bunch of talented young players at the moment and we are playing on our home ground, surely if there is ever a chance to win a trophy with England this is it? The players can't be arsed they have so much money, I think this tournament is a distraction to their social media posts lol
 
Boring tactics and team selection that'll only get worse as he adopts an even more cautious approach if we get into the knockout stages. Expecting to see Henderson back in the starting 11 as soon as Southgate can find an excuse to drop Kalvin Phillips.

Hardly, only a few players in the Scotland team that play in the SPL, Some play in the EPL and the championship.

Scotland turned up Friday and played there part gilmour is an exceptional midfielder hope Tuchel was watching as he could easily be a regular for us next season
 
Its depressing how England are in tournaments.

Sancho and grealish should be starting. Kane should be dropped and for goodness sake stop with that damn 2 holding midfielders.

Negative tactics, negative team selection from a very negative coach but he's going lead the team to glory at the world Cup next year I guess :sneaky:
