Newbie
Trying to help my mate change his username & password on his i55 for a new sub. but he says it wont save the new details & reverts back to the expired account details.

he can input both but when he leaves that screen then goes back the new details haven't saved?
it's the iptv app that roughly rhymes with spinal I'm trying to help him change the details on
any help appreciated as I've not used an enigma box in a year & can't remember
 
That's probably too technical for him to be honest lol a proper technophobe, easiest way too I would imagine if you have to input the account details after reinstalling the app?
I do love my mag & stb app, none of this carry on
 
1. On the plugin check its V5.4 - if not, press the ok button so it updates to V5.4
2. Enter username then press green button - you might get a script runnnig %, wait for it to complete
3. Enter password then press green button
4. press ok on 'add iptv'
(wait a good few minutes for it to complete)
5. press ok on 'epg importer' - select IPTV source and green to save
 
Thanks mate appreciated but I'm gonna have to get the device off him & do it myself, hes not technical @ all unless you need a good meal haha
