EPG Error

Hi everyone, just got myself a H2H box and having trouble setting up the EPG.
When doing Cross EPG download the following error comes up - NO DVB-SNIMs found.
Can someone point me in the right direction.
Running OPENVIX with virgin line.

Have you got anything connected to your satellite connection on the back of the box or are you just using the cable connection (RF)?

Cheers Do150, mucked on with it, left it over night and it had auto updated the next day.
Hope i dont need to do it again as cant remember how i did it

Best use epg refresh for cable seem to find it works better in my opinion

With cross epg leave it 24 hours and it will get sorted
