Basicly if you use a paid service you will get all you need

If its free you can get them from reddit but the free ones generally don't last

If you only want epg and not a playlist you need to make it clear.

Your playlist should really have a full EPG but I know some of the public OTT services don’t have full EPG’s.
You can get EPG’s from this site and assign channels to fill in the gaps but has to be done manually.

A playlist is a list of available channels.
An epg is a list of programmes on those channels, usually for 7 days

What’s the difference between an epg and a playlist ?

A playlist without an electronic program guide is not ideal but you can still view content you just don’t have a description guide to see what’s currently on, upcoming and what has been previously aired for finding catchup content.
Also helps with setting up recording content.
