Anyone any ideas on this one
Running ATV on a vuduo4k flashed a few weeks ago (6.3)
I have an HDD fitted in the box. When I run the importer I am getting no events found

I have ran the import many times all with the same result
I have formatted the HDD and re-run
The HDD is mounted to media/HDD
I have also tried a few USBs again with the same result
I have removed/deleted the plugin and installed again but it wont have it.

As a last resort I reflashed with the latest ATV but that still hasn't fixed it
I am now stumped

Is the epg set to save to media/hdd?
Can you access hdd using box remote?

EPG is imported into RAM. Storage device is not relevant to importing, just saving and loading.

There are instructions on PLI forum on how to get EPG importer logs. The logs will show issue.

Fixed it!!
Not really sure how but thought I would flash to VIX ran ABM and the importer and the EPG filled up
Strange!! Never had this problem before
I then flashed back to ATV and all is imported as it should.
