EPG on Samsung/LG Smart IPTV

Hi everyone,

Having a problem where most Sly Movies and Sports channels are not showing any kind of epg information. There are other channels missing too but not too fussed about those.

Question is, is it my IPTV supplier problem or is it a Smart IPTV problem?

I've tried editing the script with siptv but had no luck so far...anyone know what the deal might be?

have you tried clearing the cache?

app cache or tv cache? not sure how to do either or even if that's possible

Have you asked your supplier if there is a problem

Yes I've asked and as yet no reply. Customer service is shocking. I'm on their forum now but no joy as yet

If everything was ok before with your current supplier and the problem has just sarted, I'd say your supplier is having EPG issues and not a problem with the app. Like you say it would be nice for them to get back to you just to let you know

yeh tell me about. proper frustrating. that's what you get for rushing in coz of a good price. they were rated very good though

If your using the .txt file that you converted from your m3u then it could be either the format of that against there epg codes or they are having problems. If your using your provider url then its down to them

Try uninstalling the app then reinstalling it again, sounds basic but it might work

Their epg codes were missing or incorrect so had to amend them all. Problem solved
