EPG only partially downloaded - generic epg link?

Hi guys, I've switched to a new provider with a 6 month sub and all streams seem perfect However the epg is only partially downloaded and no matter how many times I download it nothing changes. I get no answer from the seller so I'm wondering how I can fix it,is there a generic epg URL I can use or how can I fix it? It seems to be non freeview channels which are missing
 
Had the same problem. No answer from the seller means no support so he's an a*hole but that's no help. Go into plugins and download serviceapp, that sorted it for me anyway.
 
I'm using perfect player via firestick so I'll look for an alternative epg app if that's what service app is
