epg problem

hi can anyone help, got zgemma h.2s all works fine got channels script etc. but empty epg no channel details . i have re started gui and re done epg importer but still nothing. any help appreciated i have woosh build installed .thanks

Was it sold with EPG setup?
Have you ticked the right sources in epgimport
