EPG problems on a vu+ duo 4kse

I have just purchased a VU+ DUO 4K se and I have a problem with the epg after setup all seamed fine until I pressed the epg button on remote epg displayed corectly but as soon as I changed channel or just exit epg the screen only shows a small picture at the top left and I can not find anyway to get full screen the only way is to do a full restart of the box then fullscreen returns apart from this all works great. I can change channels via ch up/down but the epg is driving me mad any help would be appreciated. I have tried all images vix atv pli they all have the same epg problem.

Sounds like a pip issue , can you upload a screen photo from webif on laptop and Attach its image.
What epg user are you using on box and are you storing it on usb or hdd only and not to internal flash.

WE HAVE A VU SECTION FOR PROBLEMS. Vu+ DUO Support
 
When I use webif there is no problem it only happens with the epg button on the remote control I aggree it seems to be a pip issue but I need are point in epg menu to change to the correct value any ideas what to change see pic.

I have the duo4kse and its fine. I set it up as multiboot. You need to say version of Vix, skin, epg provider, is it openepg. i use kiddac skin, sky q with kiddac essentials, I use epgimport for itv but a special version. On VIX 6.6.013 at the minute. I changed it for epg importer test. I have 6.8 .007 on another slot but I dont dive in and use the latest version. I have quite a few people on 6.4 still.
