EPG won't update

So I have done the menu-setup-cross-EPG download now I have done the force epg and I have waited for the box to update its self from the time it's set but still no joy. I get parts of info and I can get info if I go to the channel but my 7 day epg is near enough empty. Not sure what to do next

Ftp in to your box, go to the download location and dump the data file
then rescan


if that doesn't work trip epgimporter

Quick format your memory stick, plug it into the box, initialise it, set your EPG to download to your memory stick and then go to download now.
