ESPN HD scrambled

Hi I just had Skybox f5 installed getting most channels but ESPN HD is coming as scrambled, anyone else having this problem, frequency is set to latest (based on kngOfst and lyngst). Done a rescan.

Also the same with MUTV.

Hi mate thanks for the info, thats the details I am using, think I might need to speak with line provider might be a problem from the back im guessing.
