Ethernet speed

Hi Folks,
Just setting up a zgemma H2S, I've an old cat5 cable ran back to my router which is good for 10/100 Mbs. Will this cable be good enough for the box or will I need to replace with a cat5e?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!! I'm a Techking virgin so go easy!!!

Should be plenty.

As far as Im aware, it doesnt need much in terms of speed once your up and running.

In the past i have used a free 3/4g router witha free sim card that has worked pretty well. As mwjdavies mentions, it's only a few mb (if that) per day.
