hi guys
can anyone help tried to download software but jumps from com1 to com2 not sure what to do tottaly a newbieeee to this so all help welcome cheers all

oh sorry mate you will need one of the guys to help you with that, but the more info you give us the better. ie what you using a null modem cable, laptop or pc

Can i also ask why you need new firmware as there has not been any for a long while if its coz your loosing channels could be your area has started to migrate! see received new card thread in general cable chat

hi mate its a brand new box im using the cable that goes to printer port on p.c desktop , i live in wiltshire and am using virgin media hope this helps
