Yes I'm aware of that , just like all the other clubs and fans who said Everton and Forest broke the rules and should be punished . Leicester still broke PSR over spending for the 3 yrs in the prem.

No they didn't! They were in Championship for some of the financial periods, Out of EPL restrictions.
That's why the ruling was made!
EPL pissed off because of that.
They need to change the rules for Leicester to be charged.
Everton and Forest were different scenarios.
