Everything is blank,any ideas?

Im not sure if im posting in the right section but ive recently turned on my zgemma h2s and literally nothing has come up I have my layout but everything is blank no info and no picture just blank,I press EPG and choose bouquet comes up with the options of either Sky UK – Radio Channels or Favourites (Radio) no channels or anything,If anyone who could shed some light on this id be much grateful
 
What image , dish connection ? Tuners ? If you have IPTV player installed does that work, do a channel scan

As cactikid has said, you have most likely hit the radio button on zgemma remote and just need to press the tv one :)
 
embarrassing to say that it is just a simple press of the tv button,i thought the problem was deeper but cant believe what it was all along cheers guys much apprieciated

Your right there mate been doing these boxes for a while now so I'm not a newb but after a mistake like this I might reclassify my standing
