Hi, my friend has an F3 and the remote does not not operate it. I've tried with mine and still no joy. However, stupidly i reflashed the box. Meaning the cams menu is not visible. Can you install a line via "ugrade by usb" ?
If the remote is not working,you can't get into menus to be aeble to upgrade by usb.If you can get into menus,go to networks settings and without highlighting anything,press 6666 on the remote to bring up the hidden cam set up
