Fault zgemma h9s

Hi guys have a bit of a problem I have a zgemma h9s, I wasnt receiving any channels for a few days so left it turned off, went to turn it back on the white light comes on for 3 seconds then goes to red leaving the TV saying open ATV and just stays on there. Has anyone experienced this problem before thanks glen
 
Press menu...does anything come up on screen?
what were you running? iptv, cable, sat?
what image? wooshbuild, grogbuild etc
 
The box is stuck on standby with a red light on, usually when I turn it on says wooshbuild but now says open atv

Moved to the Zgemma S9 section. In future check before posting rather than putting it in the first thread you see.
 
Common issue if your channel does not clear it will stay on the boot screen skin,if it was on a working channel that would come on.
Network test to see if all is green first,recheck other channels like fta.
 
I have a tp link with everything connected but there is no green light that flashes at back of box to say its connected
 
we still have no idea what this box is being used for
@Millsy90 you have to answer questions otherwise no one can help you.
Are you using iptv?
are you using a sat dish?
are you using VM cable?

Put a LAN cable from the router directly into the Zgemma box, using wifi just adds to the long list of factors that could be causing the problem, do any of the buttons do anything on the box/screen?
