Few channel names coming up unknown after a few days

I have installed a couple of these boxes and each one after a couple of days or so quite a few channel names are coming up unkown. I then have to do a full channel rescsan for the names to come back and
that seems to sort it. Is anyone else experiencing this problem and does any one know a way of preventing it from happening ? Using openatv 4.2 Mtpockets backup. Any ideas would be hugely appreciated.

how often have you got autobouquetsmaker set to scan.

setup... service searching.... autoboquetsmaker
configure

schedule scan...yes
time of scan... some time in the early hours
repeat how often... daily/weekly/month

i have mine set to weekly instead of having it churning away every night. If i lose a channel I just do a manual scan.
 
I have it set to everynight so will changing it to weekly help it out a little bit? And I have fitted for a few friends and I don't want to have to keep popping round to do a manual scan just wondering if there would be any other way of sorting it.

you could also do a full manual scan.
the on the channel select (tv button), pressing green will give you all the channels on the satellite from your last scan until abm catches up.
