Few channels not working

I have added the line but still few channels like discovery channel are not working,
It either shows unsupported ca's or no ecm info,

Is the problem with my tuner setup as I have only connected 1 cable?
I have tried multiple lines it still does not work,
I am catching nss6 dish tv india
