Can you have another look to see if your radio has any more numbers printed on the label or stamped on the metal casing... post all those numbers.

I'm not sure if '0001091' is the serial number I need... (FIC radios usually have letters included in the serial like AA..., AC... or AD...)

I do not know how to post a picture, but the numbers that have the label on theappliance are those same "0001091"
