Newbie here, I wonder if anyone has a recommendation for an alternative to the FIRESTICK 4K, any Android boxes I should look at ?

Hi all its been a while since i posted a new thread.

I have noticed various threads on a few different forums over the last couple of weeks/months about these amazon devices being blocked .

My own personal wish is that they block every single third party app going and you guys finally wake up and get a genuine android Tv stick.

You have the second best helper in FEZ ( Moderator ) for support and he will put you straight on the right road.

Then the forum team to advise.

Please feel free to give input Mosh

IF CONTINUING TO USE FIRE TV DEVICES IMPEMEN THESE SETTINGS ...

I've not really read the whole or numerous fireststick threads that have popped up recently, but they seem to all get a bit lost for content , whether it be how to block updates or alternative device advice.

Would be nice if it was as simple as having a thread for alternative devices and one about fire sticks.

But am sure someone else will make a new post asking without searching too.

I think this would be a good idea to have a thread with links for several devices from different retailers, I know we have a few but it’s all mixed within other threads.

Millions of people use firesticks as they easily adaptable and often not for legal content. Read Roland Atkinson RA as the judge blow up doll.
Illegal apps for streaming football ? RA yes and in Ultra High definition. Azmaon will, after pressure, almost surely, make next lot unable to hold Apps for illegal streaming.
But if they did they would loose millions of buyers worldwide. RA Then again the code is accessible to Stop boot loops atm so recoding will be possible..
I'm Not answering your question but may help someone.
