Firestick not loading

Hi can someone please help me as my firestick is not loading all it is doing is showing the amazon sign then goes to a black screen. I’ve tried rebooting several times with no luck. Can anyone suggest a fix please. Thanx.

Was it a bad power supply? I have usb switch and it was turning on and off on its own therefore putting the firestick into a boot loop.
