My firestick did a factory reset on its own come up do not touch anything, so i lost everything, now downloader is trying to download url but white screen and red line at top trying to download, i am stuck no idea what to do next..help

yes its my download code for iptv LTQ, been working a dream now wont download..weird, could have he updated it put new one on, mailed him few hours ago. hes nice guy, so hope he gets back, just wondering why it would not let me download file.

Reinstall downloader. Sometimes it has a hissy fit and starts playing up.

I have tried that many things download uninstall install that many time reboot ,reboot the modem, even tried dif firestick same thing, i tried kodi and that installed no prob, can amazon or vm block using a url.. i am stumped what to do next..help..lol

Mine did this after i slept on the remote lol. I wonder if there's a button combo on the remote to reset? I must have slept on the combo for 12 hours. The firestick must have reset itself shit loads of times.
