firmware assistance required F3

hi im looking for a stable firmware for my f3 box
since frequency has changed on comedy central x channels im getting a lot of glitching on these channels
put s10 box on line and channels are solid
changed firmware to latest from yojatech site channels still glitching

any ideas or advice welcome

thats the only latest firmware. if its glitching it could be you have slow internet ping or poor skybox, but if you say its ok on s10 then that rules out the server and your internet connection. then its the f3 at fault
