If you are having problems with the ibox refusing to boot new image from USB stick. Then try this (it worked for me).
First download this tool HDDGURU: HDD LLF Low Level Format Tool.
Format the usb stick (not quick wipe) using the tool.
Windows will then tell you you need to format the disk before you can use it. Format to FAT32 making sure that the "QUICK FORMAT" box is "UNTICKED".
Copy the xpeedlx folder to the stick (you may have to rename this to icloudix on new boxes).
Look inside the folder for a file named either force or noforce. If it's named force then the stick is ready, if it's named noforce, rename it to force.
Then flash in usual way. Saves a lot of time instead of trying out dozens of different sticks until you find one that works. It has worked on all off the sticks I have tried (3 in total) since I found this tip on an Italian site yesterday.
