Windows 10 Flickering Screen

Hi All,

I'm running a second monitor on my PC using a ugreen active DVI-D to VGA and it keeps going black and then coming back on I've the resolution set to 1024x768 and the refresh rate is set to 60p Hz and according to the amazon it supports this setting.

Is there anyway to stop or whats the reason behind the flickering I've tried all kinds thing and everything is up to date.

its not always due to software (and driver).
Power Supply can be the next bet

Disconnect the cable and inspect the pins to see if any are bent.
