Freeze problems on skybox f5

Hi all is anyone having any freeze problems on movies, saying scrambled, have hard wired into box so its not that have had email back from server all ok there
does it for 4 to 5 seconds maybe three times an hour when you are watching a film allways clears any ideas any one..

anything that involves internet means you are not going to get 100% perfection impossible you dont event get that with sky. it could be anything from ping speed to server,satbox processor,router(how many thing running on the router) f5s are just an entry level cheap box and by far not the best but they do the job! they are not going to do the same job as a £400 satbox

I have an F5 and I do get some freezing/glitching/scrambled messages every now and then, but they all get resolved in a matter of seconds, so I'm not too bothered. If they persist and last longer then there might be cause for investigation into your connection and sub.
