Freezing but sound carries on

I have 2 Firesticks with 2 different subs, i can connect via wifi or ethernet, VPN on or off but the picture will freeze and the sound carries on, i'm with vermin fibre 110mb.. thanks.... it's only just started to do this... thanks

just an update.. done the same with an android box with a different sub from the fire sticks and no freezing?... ?

If you actually read the thread 2 subs 2 different providers instead of quoting with the wrong ifo and replying to my post read the ops thread.
To the op have you ran speed tests with vpn on to check speeds with and without you could possibly try different external players like vlc or mxplayer
