Freezing

Hi I've got a m8s box and a fire stick until recently everything's bn okay streaming wise for the past 12 month and I've had talktalk broadband for that length of time as well I've had no issues now on both I'm watching a film and half way through the film freezes for 10 seconds then the screen goes black for 10 seconds then goes back to the list of streams available?

anybody any ideas?
