fruity beef curry

1. coat the meat in the flour mix, fry in vegetable oil until lightly browned, then place in large casserole dish.
2. fry apple and onion until soft. stir in stock and bring to the boil.
3. add remaining ingredients an simmer for 5 minutes
4. pour over meat in casserole dish and cover
5 cook:
180c 2 1/2 hrs
gas mark 3 2 1/2 hrs

serve with rice of your choice (my opinion boiled is nicer with this).
