Remove the channels you have scanned, [menu--channel edit] then go to Installation--antenna stting and ensure it shows 28.2e Sky] the quality and signal lines will show at base of screen. Plonk the wife in a chair in front of the screen and tell her to yell to you when the lines show 90% and 70%+. Now go out to your dish. Look towards the face of the dish [the bit with the arm and lnb]--at present you are on 19.2e [Astra]---now loosen the dish and move it to your right [whilst facing it] --cheat by looking at a neighbours dish--when wife screams [she's either seen the lines move or you have burglars--tighten dish and rescue wife then do a channel scan [This is a way of doing the job but if you're not feeling humourous then get a sat meter and use that instead of the wife]
