Cooking is like meditation for me sometimes. I enjoyed making my sandwich today. Basically the same thing, minus Jalapenos, and this time I sauteed the mushrooms. Excellent! I was so anxious to eat it, I didn't snap a pic :p
 
i will get there bud, daughters over at the weekend she can give me a lesson, problem is im going to be up at odd hours as the ASHES starts to night.

Besides I'm taking off for a little while since Thanksgiving (US) is gonna take up bunches of my time!!

Probably one of the best ways to eat turkey. Not a big fan of typically baked or deep fried turkeys. Leftover turkey mayonnaise sandwiches are good though 👍
 
MONGO can`t be hungry now endo.
how about turkey stew omega, split lentils, carrot diced, onion sliced, leek and celerary the same, salt pepper, add some boiled potatos as a thicking agent, winter food.
 
I use up my turkey or chicken on Sundays (if we have it) in a home made curry,
