Cousin is using a Walker tv in her home which i think is crap as every time channels move a tv repair man needed to input new channel list and tv now has a blue tint in less than 4 years.
She wants Saorview and Sat tuner for those channels and does not mind writing down channel numbers on a list and says dont want a box.
Do tvs auto update channels like E2 boxes.
I do think she would like a smart tv but sourcing a provider in the area is ongoing.
Looking into a Tv package with EIR broadband and tv service and is going to check if sat dish is still needed OMG as thinking if Eir goes down sat dish still works.
Possibly getting 2 tvs for holiday home and does not want holes drilled in newly decorated rooms.
House was prewired when built with sockets in rooms and assuming sat and saorview are all up in attic as indoor aerial is up there
