It is set to my area HD.

Do I have to follow all the instructions there, or just the setting up of bouquets?

My current settings are as below:

Sky ROI: No
Sky UK: Yes
-Region: Central Midlands HD
-FTA only: yes
-Create main bouquet: no
-Create sections bouquet: yes
-Create HD bouquet: yes
-Swap channels: yes

Virgin UK: Yes
-Region: 40974
-FTA only: no
-Create main bouquet: yes (all channels)
-Create sections bouquet: no
-Create HD bouquet: yes
-Create FTA bouquet: no
-Create FTA HD bouquet: no
-Swap channels: yes

Ok, I've tried following the link above (have set all of the virgin bouquets to no, and have also tried with virgin main bouquet to yes), and it still is the same, those channels not visible.
 
When you run ABM it should generate a sky UK Cvs file in tmp. See if you can zip and upload here and I'll have a look when I get chance
