h2s wont boot

Apologies if I'm hijacking this thread as a newbie but it ties in closest to the issue I'm currently having. I tried to install iptv via instructions from my supplier but misinterpreted the instructions and ended up doing a software update . The zgemma star 2s is now stuck on boot and I'm being advised to do a re-flash. I've no idea how to do this however and don't have any of the details of the line. Is it retrievable as I'm currently without tv like mbhoy above and don't want to make a bad situation worse? Any advice would be gratefully received? Cheers

go do http://www.techkings.org/resources/ and find an image for your box and read the instructions/information about it. If you happy follow the instructions and away you go.
