H2s wont change channel

Hey,

I have a zgemma H2s that wont change channel, it's stuck on skysports 3 & whenever I try to change channel/ go to a menu it tries to load teletext in split screen. I cannot access any menu. Have any of you seen this before or do I need to reflash?

Just power it off at back of box. All should be well

I left it unpowered over night, same problem, it wont turn off via the remote either:(
