Cable H7C no subtitles channel4 progs last night

Hi. Recorded 6 progs last night, bake-off and gogglebox on c4, rest on other channels.
While watching c4 progs, subtitles wouldn’t work, I’ve checked the other 4, they do.
Both c4 progs have 6 files, I’ve opened the small ones and no subs. Isthere one that has subtitles?
Any other reason for no subs?

It's a broadcasting issue with Channel 4 and some of their other channels ie E4 etc. I contacted VM and they told me they are aware of the issue and hope it will be resolved soon.

Subtitles should be included in the main ts file if any available.
