Satellite H7S Backup error

Zgemma H7S, Openatv 6.2, Wooshbuild, SkyWB, 2 LNBs to 29.2 and 13
Selected a full backup (Green > Software manager > complete backup), part way through message appears on screen that error encountered and to send the logfile /home/root/logs/enigma2_crash_xxxxxx.log to www.opena.tv. Then reboots with no problem.
There is no 'logs' directory under root.
Would the error log have been placed in a different file location?
'Backup settings' option works with no problem.
Apart from that the receiver is behaving without any issues.
I really need to make a full backup afore I start messing more messing about with it.
Thanks in advance for any advice, Ed

I'm not sure on H7 but on H2 I think you needed a notepad file named backupstick.txt on your hdd/stick to do a full backup. That's what I used to do on H2s anyway.

Thanks both.
As I said there is no logs directory under root.
I've got a HDD in the receiver. I've even done a Windows Search for *crash* of the HDD - nothing found.
W10 Windows Explorer \\ZGEMMAH7 shows two folders: Harddisk and Root.
So I placed an empty backupstick in Root - same nada.
Then placed it in Harddisk - same nada.
Tried a USB stick with the file - same nada.
So I got out my Sherlock magnifying glass did a detailed search and found the logs under path \\ZGEMMAH7\Root\home\root\logs - so Willo3092 was correct but it's two levels down! Shame that www.opena.tv doesn't give the whole story.
I'll uploading the crash log just in case anyone is interested
Meanwhile I'll pop the crash log to opens.tv and see what happens.
