H9s screen goes black

tried to refresh won't work can't get it to flash for some reason I downloaded open atv 6.4 sent the files to a USB pen drive but for some reason it won't flash maybe have not sent files correctly any chance u could have a look through team viewer if your not busy some time plz

u sure providor is keeping xe uptodate ? so synced so when u run it it syncs

Have you pressed reset button when powering on box to flash
