hard drive failure help

Hi guys my hard drive has failed and is clunking.

I have generally enquired and for data recovery and I'm loking at £300ish.

The data on the drive is mainly photos and videos of family memories and at 300 pounds I don't have the funds.

Is ther any other cheap solution to the problem?

Any help on the matter is greatly appreciated
